Rotten: The protagonists are paper-thin caricatures; the villains are ridiculously, stupidly, evil; the plot is dirt-dry and predictable; and the hairstyles are just plain nutty.

A good cast, but a so-so movie, the story is most exciting towards the end, but the rest is just okay. Spader is really good as the annoying punk.

Great 80's flick. Spader plays the ultimate baddie in this.

This should have been so much better then it eventually turned out to be.Given the cast and the director Sean S.Cunningham who directed The First Friday The 13th And produced the original Last House on the Left, this guy should have been more on his game here. The direction kinda seems lost and actors seem like they're coasting through scenes, not really giving a rats ass that they're in a semi decent budget movie. James Spader as always is my favorite part of this whole movie. He plays one hell of a creepy, slimey, won't take no for an answer bad guy, who constantly harasses Lori Loughlin in one of her early roles. The adult cast was solid and so were most of the teens thrown in. The ending makes up for the so so middle part of the film and just screams overkill with the violence...but in a good way. This is a solid 3 star recommend from me.
