Fresh: A big step above Seagal's usual dreck thanks to skillful direction by Andrew Davis and strong villains played by Tommy Lee Jones and Gary Busey.

Seagal's best movie (even though Hard To Kill is at the top of my list) this has great performances by Jones and the real-life nutcase Busey as terrorists who take over a battleship. The film moves along at a very good pace and never gets boring. This is the last great film Seagal made and the final one for a lot of people who considered themselves Seagal fans in the late 80's/early 90's.
